Pappardelle Noodles400 g
Water2 l
Soy sauce50 ml
Chopped Shitake Mushroom200 g
Chopped Paris Mushroom200 g
Shimeji Mushroom200 g
Butter2 tablespoon
Chopped chives to taste

Bring the 2 liters of water to a boil. After raising the boil, add the pasta and let it cook for approximately 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.
In a large skillet, place the butter and as soon as it melts, add the mushrooms.
Stir for 2 minutes and add the soy sauce. Sauté the mushrooms for another 1 min.
Add the cooked Pappardelle and stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.
Place in a refractory or platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
Serve next.
