- Pappardelle Noodles400 g
- Water2 l
- Soy sauce50 ml
- Chopped Shitake Mushroom200 g
- Chopped Paris Mushroom200 g
- Shimeji Mushroom200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chopped chives to taste
- Bring the 2 liters of water to a boil. After raising the boil, add the pasta and let it cook for approximately 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.
- In a large skillet, place the butter and as soon as it melts, add the mushrooms.
- Stir for 2 minutes and add the soy sauce. Sauté the mushrooms for another 1 min.
- Add the cooked Pappardelle and stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Place in a refractory or platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
- Serve next.
