- Cooked PAPPARDELLI Noodles300 g
- Filet mignon strips or other meat500 g
- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Ricotta Cream200 g
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- In a frying pan, add the garlic and onion, to brown with oil.
- Then add the fillet mignon strips, let it fry well
- Meanwhile, prepare a sauce in another pan.
- Add the gorgonzola cheese and let it melt, then add the cream and ricotta cream and bring to a boil.
- Take the sauce and put it next to the meat, serve with noodles, but if you prefer you can serve with bread
