- White wine100 ml
- Parmesan cheese300 g
- Make the vegetable broth and set aside.
- In a pan fry the garlic and onion, and soon after add the arborio rice. From here you need to be stirring constantly
- Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- After adding the vegetable broth, always stirring the rice. And so it will gradually incorporate all the broth into the rice.
- When it is very creamy, add the Parmesan cheese and mix evenly.
- Finish with parsley and grated cheese. serve hot
