- 20/sausage cut in half for stuffing. to taste
- 1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar until it becomes a liquid mixture, then add milk, egg oil and wheat flour. 2. Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous. 3. Divide the dough into two equal portions and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. 4. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and cut into slices. 5. Cut the sausage in half and roll it in the dough, grease a pan with oil or margarine and brush the rolls with the egg yolk. 6. Bake until golden.
