- Water2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Put the water, milk, butter and seasoning in the pan and bring to a boil.
- When it boils, add the flour and stir well until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan.
- Let it cool down and when filling, always grease your hand with a little oil.
- Take small portions of the dough and fill according to your taste (cheese, ground beef, sausage...)
- Roll in breadcrumbs
- Fry in very hot oil.
