- Butter4 tablespoon
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper, vegetable seasoning to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Water1 l
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan, bring the water to boil, with a pinch of salt and the oil.
- When the water starts to bubble, add the pasta and let it cook. Once cooked, drain the pasta water well.
- In a pan heat the butter and add the garlic, when the garlic is golden, put the pasta and stir.
- Season with black pepper, salt, vegetable seasoning and oregano.
