- Chopped Ham100 g
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Hot water600 ml
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Penne pasta or screw1 unit(s)
- Chopped Mozzarella100 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat 1 drizzle of olive oil and saute the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the ham, tomato sauce, cream and hot water.
- Shake well.
- Add bay leaves, macaroni and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the pan and leave it under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
