- Tomato sauce1 l

- Mozzarella200 g

- Sauce: Saute onion and garlic in a skillet with oil. When they get a color add the tomato sauce and the rosemary sprig. Add salt and ground pepper. Place over low heat, cover the skillet and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sliced olives and basil leaves. Remove the rosemary sprig from the sauce.
- Pasta: Put the water to boil. Add the pasta and remove about 3 minutes before the cooking time indicated on the package.
- Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce. Place the dough on an oven-safe platter. With the dough already on the platter, add the mozzarella and distribute well among the dough. Finish by adding the Parmesan on top of the dough.
- Place in the oven for about 15 minutes, preheated to 230°C.
