- Macaroni500 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Diced ham250 g
- Diced Mozzarella250 g
- Sour cream200 g
- In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic, onion and tomato in a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the sauce and cream, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put the raw pasta, and add water to cover it.
- Cover the pan and let it get pressure, after 3 minutes turn it off and wait for all the pressure to come out.
- Open the pan put the ham and cheese and stir. Serve it hot
