- Pasta cooked al dente5 cup
- Warm whole milk350 ml
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cup sirloin cut into cubes1/3 cup
- In a pan heat the butter and fry the sirloin cup together with the onion.
- Add the wheat and continue stirring until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to break up the lumps, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken.
- Add the pasta, mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
