- Pene pasta500 g
- Purple Cellola2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Chopped and peeled apple2 unit(s)
- Olive to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Chives to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Grated tuna1 can(s)
- In a pan put water, a drizzle of olive oil and salt to taste and bring to a boil.
- When the water is boiling, put the noodles for 8 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
- Remove from the pan and drain the pasta.
- Chop the onion, chives, apple, parsley, grate the carrot and set aside.
- In a container, place the minced meat and add the mayonnaise, raisins, olives, tuna and macaroni. Mix all ingredients well and serve.
