- normal screw noodles or colored screw noodles (optional)500 g
- diced ham200 g
- cubed mozzarella200 g
- grated raw carrot150 g
- diced red apples with peel to taste
- drained peas (optional)1 can(s)
- drained canned corn (optional)1 can(s)
- pitted and sliced olives150 g
- seedless raisins (optional) to taste
- cooked and shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise (light, lemon or regular) to taste
- Fresh and chopped mint leaves (optional) to taste
- Cook the pasta normally, once cooked, drain and wash in ice water.
- Once drained, set it aside.
- Cook the chicken breast in water, once cooked, shred it and set aside.
- Cut the apples into a plastic bowl with water and lemon to avoid darkening the apples (then drain them).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked and drained pasta, ham, mozzarella, grated carrot, diced apples, drained peas, drained corn, sliced olives, raisins, shredded chicken breast and leaves. of chopped mint.
- Mix all ingredients well. Once mixed, add the mayonnaise as desired and mix again so that all the ingredients are incorporated into the mayonnaise.
- Once mixed, place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve cold.
