- Fussilli (Screw Noodles)500 g
- Sour cream (02 boxes)400 g
- Cottage cheese (01 cup)200 g
- Mayonnaise05 tablespoon
- Corn01 can(s)
- Pea01 can(s)
- Turkey Breast (cut into cubes)300 g
- Mozzarella (cut into cubes)300 g
- Parmesan (coarsely grated)200 g
- Squeezed lemon01 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Tomato (cut into cubes)03 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- My Secret (@maggibrasil sachet)01 unit(s)
- In a pan, bring water to boil and when it boils add a generous handful of salt and when it boils again put the pasta and let it cook until it is al dente.
- Drain and wash in cold water to stop the cooking and transfer to a platter with the bottom brushed with olive oil to prevent the dough from drying out.
- In a bowl, place the cream cheese, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Meu Segredo da Maggi sachet and pepper to taste and with the help of a whisk, mix everything very well.
- Add in the pasta dish: corn, peas, tomato, turkey breast, mozzarella, parsley and chives and mix everything.
- Finally, add the liquid ingredients (already prepared before) always stirring until everything is mixed, finish by placing the coarsely grated Parmesan on top and take it to the fridge until serving.
