- Diced cheese (curd or mozzarella)300 g
- Coriander and chives to taste

- Ground beef500 g
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Sour cream100 g
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)

- In a pan, add water and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add the pasta and wait for it to cook. Once it's ready, put it to drain and wash it with running water.
- Then, in another pan, add the ground beef, vegetables, salt and paprika and two glasses of water. Turn on the heat, stir and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. When the water is almost dry and you see that the meat is cooked, add the pepperoni, cheese, corn and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add the tomato sauce and stir. Then add the cream. Stir and let it boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Assembly time: Let's do it in layers! In a serving dish, add half of the ground beef from the pan, then add half of the noodles. Repeat the same process, add the rest of the ground beef and then the pasta. Stir a little to mix everything. And that's it, you can serve the delight. Note If you prefer, add slices of cheese on top or grated cheese and place in the oven at 180°C to brown for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Your pasta is ready!
