- Recipe
- 1 package of pasta500 g
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Bacon300 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic5 unit(s)
- Milk Cream Box2 unit(s)
- Cheese of your choice (I used mozzarella)100 g
- Green smell to taste
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil to taste
- Fry the bacon in its own fat. Remove from pan.
- In that same pan, toast the broccoli (cleaned and cut into pieces) in the bacon fat. Remove and book.
- Give onion and garlic in that same pan, use oil or olive oil if you need it.
- Add the fried bacon, sour cream and cheese. Adjust the salt if necessary (already have cheese and bacon salt).
- Cook the macaroni pasta in plenty of water and salt (for the time described on the pasta packaging). Drain from the water and put it in this made sauce. Add the broccoli and stir everything. Ready!!
