  • 400 g dried spaghetti 250 g ground beef 250 ml tomato sauce 100 g chopped mushrooms 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, chopped basil leaves 1 bunch of chopped parsley 100 g freshly grated parmesan cheeseExtra olive oil virginSaltPepper of the kingdom2 fluid ounce (fl oz)
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. In a small pan, place the extra virgin olive oil to heat. Place the chopped onion in the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for another 1 minute. Put the minced meat to fry. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the meat to brown on all sides. Place the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, basil and mushrooms in the pan. Stir non-stop. When the spaghetti is ready, drain it and put it in a bowl. Pour the hot tomato sauce over the spaghetti, distributing it evenly throughout the pasta. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
