- spaghetti noodles1 kg
- Oil6 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef1 kg
- Mixed seasoning1 coffee spoon
- Grill seasoning to taste
- pounded garlic3 unit(s)
- tomato paste2 cup
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Smell1 unit(s)
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese5 unit(s)
- In a pan put 2 liters of water with 3 tablespoons of oil to boil. As soon as it boils, add the macaroni and salt. Cook for 8 minutes
- Drain the macaroni and set aside
- In another pan, heat the oil with the crushed garlic, as soon as it browns, put the ground beef, salt, mixed seasoning, grill and stir well to mix all the seasoning. Let it cook for 15 minutes
- Then put the onion, pepper, green smell, meat broth and tomato paste. Let it cook for another 15 minutes
- In a refractory pour the pasta, pour the sauce over the pasta. And finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Ready to serve!
