- Seasonings to taste
- Pasta of your choice500 g
- Tomato sauce150 g
- Sauté the onion, garlic and tomato in oil.
- Add the minced meat.
- Let the meat cook well, then add the sauce and let it reduce until it gets a creamier consistency.
- Turn off the heat, add salt and seasonings to taste. Gradually add the cream until desired point.
- Put the pasta to cook in a pot of boiling salted water.
- After the pasta is cooked as desired, add it to the sauce. Stir well to incorporate all over the pasta. Finish as desired, with parsley, grated cheese, etc.
