- Broccoli to taste
- Bacon (optional) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Oil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Put the pasta to cook in boiling water
- In a large skillet, fry the bacon.
- When the bacon is to your liking, add the broccoli and leave it on low heat, sautéing. The idea is that it gets crunchy
- After a few minutes stirring the broccoli, add the garlic
- When the garlic is almost golden, add the basil, oregano and red pepper.
- At this point the pasta will be almost cooked. Don't cook it too much! Add 2 to 3 small ladles of pasta cooking to the skillet and mix well.
- Add the salt to the skillet mixture and stir until it comes to a boil.
- It started to boil, drain the pasta and without washing it, put it in the mixture in the skillet. Stir well until the liquid evaporates.
- Is ready! Add fresh parsley on top if desired.
