- Pasta noodles500 g
- Broccoli to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Chili pepper half unit1 unit(s)
- cream2 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Tomato without skin1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, remove the seed and chop the chili pepper.
- Cut the bacon into cubes
- Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 2 min just to be al dente
- In a frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and the bacon, after sealing, place the onion, garlic and pepper.
- After sautéing add the tomato and cook for 2 min.
- On a low heat, add the cream and the curd after boiling, turn off the heat and set aside
- Add salt to the water in which the broccoli was cooked, as soon as it boils, cook the pasta until al dente.
- When the pasta is al dente, transfer it to the frying pan and add 1 ladle of the water that cooked the pasta together.
- On low heat cook for another 1 min stirring constantly
- Sprinkle grated cheese and serve
