Em uma panela coloque água, sal e um fio de óleo.
Assim que ferve coloque o macarrão e cozinhe por 8 a 9 minutos.
Após cozinhar coloque em um escorredor, jogando água fria e deixe escorrer.

Molho

Em uma panela refogue a cebola e alho, adicione a calabresa picadinha em pedaços pequenos e deixe dourar.
Adicione o orégano, salsa,cebolinha, creme de leite e queijo parmesão.
Coloque um pouco de sal a gosto.

Sauce

Em um forma coloque o macarrão e o molho ainda quente e é só servir.
