- Snail Noodles1/2 kg
- Milk2 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Cheddar Cheese to taste
- Chopped Bacon to taste
- Chopped green onions to taste
- Fry the bacon well and set aside. Meanwhile, you cook the pasta al dente (this is very important). In the pan in which you fried the bacon, remove the excess fat, add the butter and fry the onion, then add the wheat and let it fry well. Now add the milk little by little until it becomes a smooth and consistent sauce. Finally add the cheddar, it can be sliced or in a tube. If necessary, adjust the salt and if you like you can also grate a little nutmeg. Now add the pasta to this sauce, mix well. Transfer it to a platter and finish with chopped chives and reserved bacon. PRACTICAL...AND DELICIOUS!
