- Wheat Flour100 g
- Milk300 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Chedar Cheese150 g
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cooked Macaroni350 g
- In a pan, add the butter, wheat flour and stir well.
- Then add the milk and mix until it thickens.
- Then add the Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Stir well until the cheeses melt and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked macaroni to this mixture and stir to incorporate well.
- If you prefer, put it in the oven to brown.
