- Olive oil to taste
- Gizzard100 g
- Salt to taste
- White onion40 g
- Garlic10 g
- Colorau5 g
- Homemade chicken broth (recipe in Chico Bento's book)200 ml
- cherry tomato20 g
- Eryngui Mushroom15 g
- Tie Noodles180 g
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Finely grated Parmesan cheese10 g
- In a pan with oil, brown the gizzard seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Add half of the onion, garlic and paprika and sauté for another 5 minutes. Cover with chicken broth and cook under pressure for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the pressure and add the cherry tomato, mushroom and the rest of the onion. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Cook the pasta and add the gizzard to the pasta. Finish with the parsley, chives, parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
