- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Basil1 dessert spoon
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Ground beef500 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Grated ricotta to taste
- Noodle Pack1 unit(s)
- In a pan, melt the margarine and saute the onion and garlic, add the meat, salt, oregano, basil and black pepper, cover and cook for about 15 minutes (or until it is well cooked
- Add the cream and mix
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the pan and stir well.
- When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the ricotta, stirring well so it doesn't stick.
- In a larger pan, place the cooked pasta al dente and the sauce and mix well.
- (Optional) Add a can of sweet corn to the sauce
