- Ground beef1/5 kg
- tagliatelle noodles500 g
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Season the ground meat with seasonings to taste, add the egg and the breadcrumbs.. mix to give the point, make the balls and set aside
- Bring water to a boil, when it boils, add the pasta and wait for it to cook.
- Once cooked, crush as many garlic as you want, let it fry, add the tomato paste, add water and salt to taste and add the pasta.
- Fry the meatballs in very hot oil, and in another pan make the sauce with tomato paste and add the meatballs after they are fried.
- Assemble your plate, sprinkle grated cheese on top and it's ready.
