- Spaghetti250 g
- Shrimps100 g
- Mussels250 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- White Wine1/2 cup
- Green Smell60 g
- Saffron, Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- In a pan put water and salt to boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. In another pan, put olive oil and add the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown.
- Add diced tomatoes to sauté and mix well. After 5 minutes, add the mussels and shrimp.
- Mix well, add the white wine and let it cook. Put the seasonings and check the taste. Then check that the pasta is al dente and add it to the sauce and mix well.
