Pasta with provolone and broccoli

- 500g wholemeal pasta, in the shape of your choice500 g
- 2 cups cooked and chopped broccoli2 cup
- 2 cups of white sauce2 cup
- 1 tablespoon mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- 1 cup grated provolone1 cup
- 1/4 cup grated provolone1/4 cup
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Cook the pasta al dente, according to package instructions. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in the steamer or in the pan with hot water. Drain the broccoli and set aside.
- Meanwhile, prepare the white sauce as per the instructions. When the sauce is ready, add the provolone cheese, mustard and continue to stir.
- In a form that can go in the oven, spread the broccoli and add the cooked pasta with the sauce we just prepared. Top with grated Parmesan and bake in the oven until the cheese is browned (between 15 and 20 minutes). Serve immediately!
