- Pasta (linguini, spaghetti, screw)500 g
- Chopped peeled tomatoes2 can(s)
- Chopped Black Olives100 g
- Capers50 g
- Chopped anchovy30 g
- Large onion chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic clove3 unit(s)
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Chopped basil1 cup
- Chili pepper, finely chopped to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- for the sauce
- Fry the chopped onion in olive oil and as soon as it is golden, add the chopped garlic, fry it a little more and add the chopped pepper, the peeled tomatoes, the olive, the anchovy and let it cook for more or less 10 minutes. Then add the capers and refine a little more. Adjust the salt at the end, as the ingredients (anchovy, caper and olive) are already salty. At the end add the green smell and basil.
