- Water for cooking pasta to taste

- In a pan, bring the water to a boil, when it is bubbling, put the pasta to cook.
- When the pasta is cooked, remove and drain the water.
- Cut the sausage into slices.. In a pan put the oil, put the garlic to fry, add the sausage and put it to fry too.
- Then add the tomato sauce, salt and seasoning and a little water, bring to a boil. When the sauce is thick, add the pasta and mix well.
