- 1 pack of Spaghetti Pasta1 unit(s)
- 1 sachet of prepared tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- 1 can of cream1 unit(s)
- Creamy cottage cheese200 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Salt/black pepper/oregano/paprika to taste
- METHOD OF PREPARATION: Chop the sausage into 0.5cm slices and bring to a boil. When it boils, cook for another 2 minutes and drain. Reserve. In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the tomato, the yellow pepper, the pea, the green corn, the ketchup, the green smell, the black pepper, the paprika, the oregano and the salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook until the tomatoes break down. Add the drained sliced sausage and mix well. Add the tomato sauce and a little water and let it cook until it boils and thickens. Add the cream cheese and mix until it melts completely. Add the cream and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain the pasta, cover with the sauce and serve immediately.
