Noodles250 g
Shrimp400 g
Sour cream1/2 can(s)
grated parmesan cheese30 g
butter3 tablespoon
wheat flour2 tablespoon
Milk400 ml
Garlic4 unit(s)
Nutmeg to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste

Season the shrimp with the juice of ½ lemon and salt to taste.
Grind 2 cloves of garlic and sauté in olive oil, along with the shrimp
Reserve the shrimp and use the same pan to make the sauce.
Use the other two crushed garlic cloves, the butter and add the wheat flour, stirring constantly.
Add the milk and stir until it becomes the sauce texture.
Add grated cheese and sour cream
Add salt if necessary
Once the sauce is ready, add the reserved prawns and mix everything into the cooked pasta.
