- Clean shrimp500 g
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Glass of whole milk1 unit(s)
- grated provolone cheese500 g
- Chopped ham1 cup
- Black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Season the cleaned shrimp only with black pepper. Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
- Sauté half of the onion and garlic, when the onion is transparent, add the shrimp and let it fry for 3 minutes, turning the shrimp to brown both sides. In the meantime Cook the pasta al dente
