- Thyme, oregano, black pepper, salt, basil1 to taste
- Boil the tomatoes for one minute in water, put them in a bowl of ice water and peel them.
- Cut the onion into thin cubes and fry them with the spices. Add the garlic 2 minutes later.
- Boil water with salt
- Add the peeled tomatoes to the onions, coarsely crushing them first.
- When the water boils, add the pasta. Cook for two minutes less than the indicated time
- Add a little water that you used to cook the noodles in the sauce. Add the noodles to the sauce
- Stir, add the grated cheese and continue to stir.
