Pasta with tuna and butter beans

- Recipe
- Hard grain penne pasta500 g
- Can of Solid Tuna in Oil1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Cook the butter beans with salt and set aside (about 50 minutes in a regular pot)
- Cook the penne pasta until Al dente (add salt to the cooking water) and drain
- In a pan put the oil and garlic and let it brown
- Add the cooked pasta, the tuna, the cherry tomatoes and stir well, when everything is incorporated, turn off the heat and serve
- Finish with butter beans and oregano.
- Tip: you can serve with grated parmesan cheese 😉
