- Olive oil to taste
- After sanitizing the food, cut the onion into small pieces, the tomato into small pieces and the garlic into pieces or grated. In a pan, put a drizzle of oil, then the onion. Let the onion turn golden brown and add the garlic. Once the garlic is golden, add the canned tuna, tomato, cilantro and salt to taste. Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. In another pan, bring water to boil to cook the pasta. After the water is boiling, add salt to taste, add the pasta. Let it cook for 10 minutes and drain the water. Mix the noodles in the sauce and you're done.
