- Macaroni250 g
- Canned tuna1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato Sauce150 ml
- Bring the pasta water to a boil and add salt.
- Peel the carrots and place in a pan with oil. Let it fry for a while, meanwhile peel and chop the garlic.
- When the carrot takes on a color add the garlic and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Add tuna and tomato sauce.
- Place over low heat and let reduce for a few minutes.
- Finish the sauce with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
- Mix your sauce with the cooked pasta and you're done!
