- Sausage400 g
- Tuscan Sausage200 g
- Pasta screw or pene or spaghetti500 g
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Chopped Garlic10 g
- Oil1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Put water to boil.
- Remove all the meat from the sausage (poach) place it in a deep pan to fry in a trickle of oil, add onion, garlic and oregano.
- Cut the sausages into half moons. Reserve
- Put the homemade ready-to-go tomato sauce in the pan that has the tongue already ready and let it boil. Add the sausage.
- Cook the pasta, drain and throw it in the pan with the sauce. Stir and serve
