- Bock Sausage1 unit(s)

- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Green smell20 g
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Salt, nutmeg and oil to taste
- In a large pot, put plenty of water and salt, bring to a boil and bring to a boil, then add the pasta and cook until al dente.
- For the white sauce, place the sliced Bock sausage in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and brown. Then put the crushed garlic cloves to gold and then the onion also to gold.
- Put the two spoons of butter, as soon as it melts add the wheat flour and mix well. Add the milk and mix constantly until creamy.
- Put the pasta and a little of the white sauce in a refractory, mix a little and put the rest of the sauce. Lastly put the grated cheese and green smell. You can serve it like this or take it to gratin the cheese for 10 minutes in the oven.
