- milk2 cup
- butter2 tablespoon
- wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Oregano to taste
- mozzarella cheese200 g
- ham200 g
- Grated cheese to taste
- Cook the pasta for approximately 10 minutes. Boil the milk. Melt the butter with a little garlic and the meat broth, add the flour and stir until you get a homogeneous paste.
- Gradually add the milk and whisk constantly to avoid lumps. Let it cook for a few minutes, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Then put the Heavy cream, stir a little and put out the fire. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little margarine and add half the pasta already mixed with the sauce.
- Then put a layer of cheese and all the ham. Place the rest of the macaroni, another layer of mozzarella cheese and a little grated cheese on top. Place in the oven to brown. Too good
