- Spaghetti250 g
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Parsley100 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Sour cream100 g
- Chives100 g
- Grated Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Once cut, brown all the vegetables, starting with the zucchini, the leek, the onion and the garlic.
- Once cooked (take a few minutes before it's completely ready, as it will cook in the skillet), throw the pasta straight from the pan into the skillet and let it fry a little.
- Stir well and pour some of the cooking water into the mixture to form a light broth and not leave it too dry.
- Add the cream (optional) to give it a little more flavor and then decorate with chives and parsley.
- Stir well and adjust the salt
