- Chopped tomato6 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper0 to taste
- Chopped Olives1 cup
- Clean shrimp1 kg
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Pastry dough500 g
- In a pan, put the oil, the onion and let it fry for 5 minutes, in medium fire.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley, olives, mix well and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until a thick sauce forms.
- Add the cleaned prawns, the flour, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the prawns are soft.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Open the pastry doughs and remove the plastic film from one side of the dough.
- Put the stuffing, fold in half and pinch the edges well with a fork.
- Remove the plastic film and fry, gradually, in immersion, in hot oil, for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
