  1. Place in the skillet 2 tablespoons of oil, chopped onion, half a teaspoon of garlic and saute until it starts to brown. Then put everything in a blender with milk, salt and beat for a minute.
  2. Then pour the liquid into the pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Then take it off the fire. And off the heat give a little stir, and add 1 cup of flour and mix everything very well. until the flour takes over.
  3. Knead with the help of a spoon, in the pan even until the dough is smooth, then take it to the fire, for the dough to cook. Keep mixing and turning the dough. Keep doing this until the flour cooks well.
  4. Then take it off the fire now just put the dough on the table. Wait for the dough to cool down and as soon as it is cold, massage a little bit to make it softer.
  5. Fill with your favorite filling. After assembling the salt, look to see if there is any part open and if there is, close it well closed. In the pan put oil to heat up. Fry in very hot oil.
