  • pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • mozzarella200 g
  • box of sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • milk190 ml
  • Garlic Clove1 to taste
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. You will unroll the dough, pass the curd, put the mozzarella and pepperoni already crushed or minced and roll like a rocambole then cut slices.
  2. Dore the garlic, add the milk, salt to taste, for a thicker sauce, place 1 tablespoon of wheat flour in the milk and dissolve it before taking it to the fire.
  3. Place the slices in a shape and add the sauce below and on top of them, bake for 15 to 20 min.
