- mozzarella200 g

- milk190 ml
- Garlic Clove1 to taste
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- You will unroll the dough, pass the curd, put the mozzarella and pepperoni already crushed or minced and roll like a rocambole then cut slices.
- Dore the garlic, add the milk, salt to taste, for a thicker sauce, place 1 tablespoon of wheat flour in the milk and dissolve it before taking it to the fire.
- Place the slices in a shape and add the sauce below and on top of them, bake for 15 to 20 min.
