- Pastry dough cut into 15x2cm strips to taste
- Sour cream5 tablespoon
- ketchup3 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce1 dessert spoon
- Soybean oil to taste
- Prepare the rosé sauce by mixing the cream with the ketchup and soy sauce until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan or frying pan and fry the pastel strips. Place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain the fat well.
- Serve the snacks accompanied by rosé sauce.
