Em uma tigela, misture a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó. Reserve.

In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Reserve.

No liquidificador, bata o leite, margarina, os ovos, o amendoim torrado e o açúcar, até obter uma mistura homogênea.

In the blender, beat the milk, margarine, eggs, roasted peanuts and sugar, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Acrescente a mistura, aos poucos, na tigela com a farinha e o fermento em pó

Gradually add the mixture to the bowl with the flour and baking powder.

Despeje a massa em uma forma de buraco central untada e enfarinhada.

Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 200ºC por 30 minutos
