- Penne grano duro300 g
- unsalted butter100 g
- Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Large onion, grated or finely chopped1 unit(s)
- Vodka75 ml
- Tomato Passata200 ml
- Peeled tomato, beaten in the mixer400 g
- Canned cream1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni Pepper2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bring salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.
- Melt the butter, sauté the garlic and onion, and when golden, add the Vodka. Let evaporate for 2 minutes. Add the Passata, the beaten peeled tomato and the pepperoni. Let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the cream, adjust the salt and turn off before boiling.
- Cook the Penne until it is “al dente”, remove from the water and place in the sauce. Also add 1 ladle of the penne boiling water to the sauce. Turn on the fire, mix well, let it boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
- Serve with Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper.
