- Penne Noodles500 mg
- Ground beef - beef chuck500 mg
- Tomato sauce2 can(s)
- Seasoning for red meat to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bring the pasta water to a boil over high heat. When it starts to boil, add salt to taste and then the pasta. Remove when al dente.
- In another pan, place a small onion chopped with 2 cloves of garlic also chopped. Add the ground beef and season over medium heat. Seasoning suggestion: basil, paprika, saffron, black pepper, pepperoni pepper, cumin and green smell.
- When the meat is very dry and has completely changed color, add the 2 cans of tomato sauce and salt to taste.
- That's it, your bolognese sauce is now ready to be added to the pasta. You can mix it all up, or just toss it on top to add some flair to the dish.
