- penne pasta500 g
- Milk2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 to taste
- Salt and white pepper1 to taste
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Cook the pasta for approximately 10 minutes.
- Boil the milk.
- Melt the butter with a little garlic and the beef broth, add the wheat flour and stir until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Gradually add the milk and beat constantly to avoid lumps.
- Let it cook for a few minutes, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Then add the cream, stir a little and turn off the heat.
- Grease a refractory mold with a little margarine and place half of the pasta already mixed with the sauce.
- Put a layer of cheese and ham.
- Place the rest of the pasta, another layer of the mozzarella cheese on top of some grated cheese.
- Place in the oven to brown.
